General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop "Schnauzers" by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of a confirmation email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices according to § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation – no separate indication of sales tax). Additional shipping costs may apply.

5. Delivery

6. Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the shop.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the seller's place of residence.
