Every product in our shop is individually made for you – only after your order. This way, we avoid overproduction, conserve resources, and ensure that you hold a true Schnauzers original in your hands. No inventory, no mass product, no coincidence. 🖤

⚖️ Right of Withdrawal & Legal Basis

According to German law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there is a small but crucial exception:

§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB states that there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

And that is precisely the case with our Schnauzers products – each item is produced especially for you as soon as you order. Therefore, a withdrawal or return due to size, color, or dissatisfaction is unfortunately not possible.

📬 If something goes wrong…

We'll be honest: Even with us, something can go wrong – a printing error, a damaged product, or a package that looks like the postman transported a Schnauzer in it. 😅

In such cases, of course: We'll take care of it! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Together we will find a fair solution – whether a replacement, a credit note, or a friendly "Woof, we'll fix that!". 🐶✨

📦 Returns

Please do not return items without prior inquiry. Since each product is made individually for you, we will first check together whether a return is necessary – and if so, you will receive all the necessary information from us.

This way, we save time, paper, and unnecessary transport routes – and Mother Earth nods in agreement. 🌿

💬 A brief bark

Every Schnauzers item is unique – designed with love, printed with integrity, and shipped with style.
A right of withdrawal is therefore excluded for individually manufactured products.
But: If something goes wrong, we'll take care of it. Promised. 🖤🐾
